LaiYong - Director

LaiYong is the director of PLY BAS, she is a Chartered Accountant (CA Singapore) and member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). With over 15 years of professional experience, she has built a strong reputation for excellence in auditing, accounting, corporate secretarial services, and taxation across a diverse range of industries. Throughout her career, she has worked closely with clients, offering practical insights and tailored advice to help them navigate complex business challenges.

In 2018, LaiYong founded PLY BAS with the vision of providing comprehensive accounting and advisory solutions. Under her leadership, the firm has continued to grow steadily, strengthen client relationships, and broaden its service offerings, earning the trust of businesses in Singapore and beyond through its commitment to quality, integrity, and excellence.

James Lim - Advisor

James serves as an Advisor to PLY BAS. He is a Chartered Accountant (CA Singapore) and member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). With over five years of solid external audit experience gained from both a Big 4 and a mid-tier firm in Singapore, James brings a wealth of technical expertise and professional insight. In addition, he has accumulated more than a decade of experience as a financial controller in multinational corporations, where he developed deep proficiency in financial management, strategic planning, and business leadership.

As an advisor, James plays an integral role in corporate strategy and strengthening the firm’s professional capabilities. He is highly skilled in risk management, internal controls, and taxation, consistently providing clients with practical, value-driven, and forward-looking advice to support their business growth and sustainability.
